C5 Alpha is a precision-engineered Smart Money Concepts trading system designed for traders who follow ICT methodology. It automatically maps session liquidity levels across Asia, London, and New York sessions, while tracking previous day high, low, and midrange as institutional reference points.

What It Does

Multi-timeframe fair value gaps from the Daily and 4-Hour charts are overlaid directly onto your lower timeframe, revealing the higher-timeframe imbalances that drive price. When price sweeps a liquidity level and confirms a Change in State of Delivery, the indicator identifies inverse fair value gaps for refined entry placement and plots complete trade setups with entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels.

How to Use It

Set Your Sessions and Timezone

Ensure the session times match your broker's timezone. The default sessions cover Asia (18:00-00:00), London (00:00-06:00), and New York (09:30-16:00) in UTC-4.

Watch for Liquidity Sweeps

The indicator tracks session highs/lows and PDH/PDL. When price sweeps one of these levels and reverses, it signals a potential institutional liquidity grab.

Wait for CISD Confirmation

After a sweep, the indicator waits for a Change in State of Delivery within the configured candle window. This confirms the reversal has institutional backing.

Execute at the iFVG Entry

When all conditions align, the indicator plots a complete trade setup. Enter at the inverse FVG level with the calculated SL and TP for a structured trade.

Check SMT Divergence

If the correlated asset (set in SMT Symbol) shows divergent swing structure, it adds an extra layer of institutional confluence to the setup.

Best Practices

Trade During Kill Zones

ICT methodology emphasizes trading during specific kill zones (London Open, NY Open). C5 Alpha signals during these windows carry more institutional weight.

Use on 1-15 Minute Charts

C5 Alpha is designed for lower timeframe precision. The session mapping and CISD detection work best on 1m to 15m charts.

Verify SMT Divergence Manually

While the indicator detects SMT divergence automatically, cross-referencing with the correlated pair's chart builds conviction for the trade.

Keep the Default RR

The 1.5 RR default is calibrated for ICT-style setups. Resist the urge to set it too high, as ICT entries are typically precision-based with moderate targets.
